After 34 years in Finland she is now ready to open the door to her Nigerian community and to face the elephant in the room. The film deals with integration, a social taboo and an emotionally charged issue that everybody knows but does not want to acknowledge and act upon.
This is a story about inclusion, marginalisation, lost identity, rejected reality and the everyday sorrows and joys of Nigerian immigrants in Finnish society. It is also a story about free education, healing forests and a black lady on skis.
